My sincere condolences to the family! Billy will be missed! My memories go as far back as 33 years. Billy was the best friend to my husband Peter who passed away in 2009. We would go to Husky’s truck stop in Billy's red truck to have coffee after closing down the Kirkfield Hotel. Billy was our best man at our wedding, thank you Billy for being there on our special day. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

I have many great memories of our years growing up together with the 'gang'..The fun we had, the laughs, the stupidity. One night, some how you and I ended up at the wrong hotel as the rest of them, but it turned out okay as your Uncle and Aunt were playing at the hotel we ended up in. We drank all your lunch money for the week.Yyou wound up with no lunch for the week, and I wound up with a boyfriend not impressed with us...One of my stories..Now once again you are with some of the gang, Wilf, Bobby and Peter.

A man of few words who was caring, truthful, funny, ethical, hard worker, and loving. Words can not express the loss, but know that you have left a positve impression on many people and you will be missed.Michelle

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Joe thought the world of Bill and counted him among his friends. Joe & Bill shared many special stories of their girls - Bill was so very proud of all that Amber did and was proud to be called 'Dad'. I know Joe will be 'there' to welcome Bill to the rest of his journey.May your special memeories help to ease your loss.
