WILMER ANTONIO
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wilmer Antonio on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at the age of 91.
Wilmer was born in Buchanan, Saskatchewan to parents Mike and Helen Antonio.
He leaves to mourn his wife of 71 years Sylvia; sons Barry, Raymond (Corrine), Richard (Beverly); six grandchildren Jessica (Bartos), Cameron (Shelagh), Jennifer, Zachary, Carson (Meagan), Kieran (Paige); four great grandchildren Wilf, Alby, Ruby and Isabel; siblings Sam, Harold (Angie), Iris (Carl), Mary, Eugene (Ethel) and Paul, many cousins and nieces and nephews. He also leaves to mourn his many friends at the Stonewall Quarry Park Campground, Army Navy ANAVETS Assiniboia Unit #283 and many neighbours past and present where he lived for 65 years and his many other friends who held a special place in his heart.
Cremation has taken place at Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel with a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in his name.
He will be missed by all.
