Growing up in the old neighborhood of Wpg. I knew well the Burtniak family. I played many a game of snooker (and lost) with Ron & his Brothers, at 'Pop's Poolroom on Logan at Ellen. The older Brother ED and I both joined the Wpg. Police. They all were a credit to the neighborhood, and loved by all. Reading Ron's obit brought a flood of memories to me. During my school days I worked after school at Grand Central Foods at Logan & Ellen. I am now a Senior at 78. Rack em up Ron!
