I worked with Rick for many years at Manitoba Housing and I remembered him as always been very good with his hands especially with electrical or mechanical problems. He was a dedicated father who brought his daughter, Krarina, up alone since she was a baby. Rick was a loyal friend and I will miss his phone calls and teasing him.
