Passed peacefully in her sleep at Holy Family Nursing Home at the age of 89 years, on Thursday, January 9, 2020.
Mom immigrated from Poland in 1959 with her mother, father, brother, and daughter. In Canada she was employed as a seamstress, enjoyed fashion and loved making outfits for her 4 daughters. Mom had a beautiful singing voice and her singing often echoed throughout her home. A favourite hobby of hers was proudly collecting and displaying her crystal.
She leaves to mourn her daughters Donna, Theresa (Wayne), Krystyna, Dorothy (Gord) and her 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters Helen, Wanda, Stasia and her brother Albert.
Interment will be at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery, 4387 Main Street on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
