PAULINE BREZENO

1929 – 2019

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother and grandmother. With her family at her side Pauline passed away Monday, June 3, 2019 at the age of 89 years.

Pauline will be sadly missed by her son Doug (Christy); grandson Ryan (Laura) and granddaughter Chantel. She also leaves to mourn her nieces, Gayle (Doug), Cheryl, Carol, Lenore (Kerry) and Glenda as well many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Anton and Dora; brothers Michael and Joseph; sisters Frances, Mary and Anne; and niece Leslie.

Pauline was born in Springfield, MB and moved to Kenora ON for a few years before settling in Winnipeg. She worked over 30 years at Motor Coach Industries.

Her home on Clifton Street was her pride and joy; she was always doing renos, cleaning or working in her amazing garden. Pauline loved spending time at the family cabin at Ingolf, ON sitting around the campfire with friends and family, playing cards or looking out at the lake. She loved all animals big or small. Pauline always had a great sense of humour and loved to laugh. She was also very independent and strong willed; she passed these traits onto our family and we are eternally grateful.

She was always there for family and friends. Her faith was very important to her and she was a member of St. Matthews Anglican Church for many years.

The family would like to thank Pauline’s priest, Gwen McAllister for being at her side in her last hours.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Pauline’s life will take place at a later time.

“We loved you everyday, and now we miss you everyday.”
