PAIGE ELIZABETH ANN FILMORE

It is with sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of their beloved daughter, sister and aunt on February 13, 2021 after a valiant struggle with multiple sclerosis.

Paige was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario on Father’s Day, June 20, 1976, a gift to her late father Sidney Roland. She is survived by her mother Sharon (nee Koski) of Winnipeg; brothers, Geoff of Thunder Bay, Greg (Rolyn) and her niece who she adored, Sydney Elizabeth, all of Lethbridge, Alberta. She will be fondly remembered by Jeyln, Jerick and Brenden Sarmiento also of Lethbridge.

In her youth, Paige enjoyed playing tennis and badminton. She was an accomplished dancer favouring Ballet, Tap and Musical Theatre. In later years, being a graduate of the University of Winnipeg, American History and Politics became a focus of interest. Paige leaves us with wonderful memories to cherish and we all are thankful for so many happy family times together in Winnipeg and Thunder Bay.

As per Paige’s wishes, there will be a private family interment at a later date.
