Michelle Lorraine (Davie) Wedgewood

6/8/1954 – 6/3/2025

It is with deep regret that I announce the death of my best friend, companion and love of my life, Michelle.

After a courageous years long battle with progressive pulmonary fibrosis and associated complications, Michelle suddenly passed at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg on March 6, 2025.

Michelle is survived by her husband of 27 years, James; her stepdaughter Melissa and two grandchildren as well as her brothers, Bob and Brett and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.

Michelle was predeceased by her father Robert “Pinkie” Davie, her mother Heniretta (Thompson) Davie and her sisters, Sylvia Loeprich and Winniw Barrow.

A special thank you goes out to the people of Flin Flon, Manitoba. Michelle was extremely grateful to be born and raised in Flin Flon and thankful for the many lifelong friendships she made there.

As requested, Michelle’s passing will be remembered privately.
