Peacefully on Tuesday November 16, 2021 after a lengthy battle with cancer Mike passed quietly at home in Winnipeg, at the age of 74, surrounded by his loved ones.
Mike is predeceased by his parents Fredrick Paterson, and Doris Paterson (Walker), and his wife Bonnie Paterson (Staszenski).
Mike was born in Portage la Prairie, and was raised in Gimli, and Arborg, MB. He lived in both Edmonton and Winnipeg for many years.
Mike is survived by his son Michael, his daughter in law Amie Paterson (Provencher) and his grandchildren Claire Munro, and Connor Paterson.
Cremation has taken place, with internment to be at a later date.
