MARTIN OSCAR SCHLOSSER It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden death of Martin Oscar Schlosser on Monday, February 6, 2012 at Health Sciences Centre at the age of 59 years. Left to forever cherish Martin’s memory is his mother Berna, brother Randolph, sisters Dolores (David) Koop of Vancouver, BC, Nancy Fraser (nee Farkas) of East St. Paul, MB and nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Brian, Erin, Lyndon, Lindsay and baby Arabella. He was predeceased by his father Oscar in 1978. Martin grew up in Winnipeg and attended St. Johns High School. He enjoyed playing hockey, woodworking and had a soft spot for furry animals of all kinds. He enjoyed his time on the family farm in the Swan River Valley where he enjoyed the beautiful nature of the surrounding area. Martin was a big fan of ‘The King’, Elvis Presley and enjoyed his music. Martins’ ‘Breakfast on Broadway’ was always a favourite and brought many smiles. A private Family Service will be held at a later date.
