LORRAINE ANDREW

(nee STEVENS)

  At the age of 88, Lorraine passed away peacefully on July 10th at Beacon Hill Lodge, her home for the past seven years. Lorraine was definitely a “people person”. She was open, accepting, good natured, easy going, and interested in people and the world around her. Thus, she made friends easily and was energized by her friendships. Among her several friends were fellow residents, staff members and visitors at Beacon Hill. (As well as being drawn to people, Lorraine had a special place in her heart for animals.) Lorraine will be dearly missed by her sons Matt and Lorne, her cousin Deanne, and her Beacon Hill friends. She will be remembered fondly by her nieces, nephew, and past friends. Heartfelt gratitude is extended to the staff at Beacon Hill Lodge for their friendship, concern and very fine care of Lorraine, with a special thank you going to the staff on the 7^th floor. Also, greatly appreciated is the excellent care Lorraine received in the Medical ICU unit at HSC from June 25^th- July 7^th. Lorraine, we wish you the joy of being reunited with your dear Leslie, Paul, your parents and siblings, and all whom you loved.
