I only knew Grandpa for three years, but I was so blessed to have had the chance. He was an incredible, unique, intriguing and loving man. I will always remember him and his grin, and how he took such keen interest in all those around him. He had a love for knowledge and surely was an incredible teacher, and I will always remember him in all of my future years as a teacher.

I am very sorry to hear about your dad passing away. We had a lot of good times back in the 80's in Parents without Parents. I kind of had a crush on him then. I can't believe he is gone. My thoughts and prayers go out to you Sigrid and your family . I work at the Transcona Access Centre at 845 Regent Ave. W. and I have talked to you on the phone before.
