Well I don’t know where to begin . Firstly my sincere condolences to Dawn and her Family and the Paggett families as well . Ironically Lionel grew up on the same street and block as myself. I never knew him then as he was few yrs older than myself. Fast forward to the 90s Lionel and I crossed paths at the local pub in st James playing pool instantly we hit it off , that was the beginning of our friendship until his passing. Oh God the times we had at the “Down” s. And Georgie’s. If walls could talk. !! Boy what a good time . We shared many mutual friends and spent many good times Together . As mentioned I remember him meeting Dawn his soulmate he was very happy he told me many times. We eventually “grew “ up I got married and Lionel and Dawn settled in together. We never lost touch and visited a few times. Over the years . I knew Lionel’s health wasn’t the greatest lately but his laugh and sense of humour never wavered . I will miss him dearly and the great times we had , I will cherish forever. God bless my friend. I will miss you. ! Sincerely. Your friend. Colin.
