KATHLEEN (KATHY) GRAFT August 19, 1938 – May 22, 2012 On Tuesday, May 22, 2012 Kathy passed away from a sudden but brief battle with Leukemia at St. Boniface Hospital. Left to forever cherish Kathy’s memory, her four children Rob (Heather) Clements, Susan (Gord) Craig, Kim Clements, and Karen (Frank) Sawchuk; along with eight grandchildren, Angela, Caitlyn and Jamie Clements, Andrew and Tyler Craig, Kris Clements, and Adam and Tara Sawchuk. In compliance with Kathy’s wishes a private family service will be held at a later date. We would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital, Palliative Care Unit for taking such great care of her during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
