A longer obituary will follow.KAREN SANDS It is with deep sorrow that Karen’s family announces her sudden passing at the Grace Hospital on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the age of 47 years. Left to forever cherish Karen’s memory are her children, Kelsey (Ryan) and Taylor; parents, Maureen, Dennis, Frank and Pat; Granny Haggan; close friend Doug; as well as aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; nephews; and friends. Her love for music and her beautiful voice will be missed by all. On Monday, December 12, 2011, Karen’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue.
