John loved and cherished his family and friends. He greatly enjoyed family gatherings and visiting with his children and grandchildren. He had many coffee groups over the years. He was very involved in the Oak Bluff community through volunteering for boards and with his children’s sports teams.John and Resi retired to the Country Villas community in Birds Hill in 1998 where they made many new and wonderful friendships.

The family would like to thank the amazing staff at the Middlechurch Home for their care and compassion. Thank you to all our friends and family for your support at this hard time.
