It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Jesse at the Grace Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife Gail in 2002.
Jesse leaves his children Kim Bellingham (Bill) and Kevin (Stormy) and their families, as well as families in Nova Scotia, Ottawa, Norquay, Saskatchewan and Winnipeg.
According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a family inurnment will take place at a later date to celebrate his life.
