JEAN CATHERINE ROSA AFFLECK

(NÉE BOWMAN)

May 22, 1926-February 13, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear sister and aunt. Jean is lovingly remembered by her brother Ken, sister Anne (better known as Babe), her niece Jill, great niece Emily, and many friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Ken, and her parents Richard and Henrietta Bowman.

Jean was a nurse by profession, and she never lost her love of caring for others. Jean and her husband Ken married in 1970, following which she took an early retirement so they could travel together, but always cherished their summers at the family cottage at Victoria Beach.

As per Jean’s wishes there will be no service.

If friends so desire, a donation may be made to the Shriners, or a charity of their choice.

We love you Jean.
