Special Thanks to Dr. Kumar of Grace Hospital ICU as well as the tremendous staff working with him to help Jan.

Thanks also to Kathy and Don Dupuis, Doris Dekleva, Jenna Thompson, Amy Dupuis and my Dad, Brian Smith for their help during this terrible time.

Janis was always a Free Spirit who truly enjoyed meeting people and befriending them as well as loving all animals she met.

Jan loved hummingbirds so if you happen to see one somewhere unexpected that is Jan come for a visit.

A celebration of Jan’s life will be held October 10, 2021 at The Polo Park Inn Ballroom commencing at 1pm.

Anyone wishing to make a donation in Jan’s name could donate to an animal shelter of their choice or to The Canadian Mental Health Association.
