Loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, George Nickel passed on to his heavenly home at the age of 90 on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
He leaves behind his wife of 67 years, Loraine; children, Barb (Bob), Terry (Sharon), Candace; grandchildren, Sean, Christie, Matthew and Ashley (Greg); and great-granddaughter Jordan.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Whyte Ridge Baptist Church, 2405 McGillivray Boulevard, Winnipeg.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Meadowood Manor Foundation.
