DONALD ARCHIE FRASER
Born January 3, 1934 in New Waterford, Nova Scotia, passed away August 5, 2021 at St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba after a brave fight with cancer.
He was born to Neil and Alice Fraser and was one of eight children.
Don was predeceased by his brothers Roddy, Aleck and Harley and his sister Mena.
He was a coal miner, a Korean Veteran, and a truck driver as well as an avid bowler. One of his proudest achievements was winning a National Five Pin team championship at Sudbury, Ontario in 1994.
He leaves behind his wife Anna; sons Don and Rodney; grandsons Jeffery and Tyler; brothers Neil and Tommy; sisters Janet and Shirley and many other friends and relatives.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Wojcik’s Chapel of Memories, 1020 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, at 2:00 p.m., Monday August 23, 2021.
