DEBORAH ELIZABETH LEGRESLEY

It is with the deepest sadness that our family announces the sudden and unexpected death of Deborah Elizabeth Le Gresley on October 11th, 2021 at the age of 65. She experienced a health issue which caused her passing.

Debbie (as all her family & close friends knew her by) was born in Montreal to her loving parents, James & Patricia Le Gresley (nee Ryan). She later moved to Calgary where she met her loving husband of 30+ years, Bobby. They married in Calgary, moved to Vancouver, and finally found their true happiness in Winnipeg.

Missing her most, her husband Robert Daye; beautiful daughter Kathleen; father James; sister Lilly; niece Amanda and the many extended family members who loved her honest and uncomplicated approach to life. Sadly, Debbie lost her mom Patricia in 2010.

Debbie opened her heart and home to all family and friends, especially at Christmas, her favorite time to celebrate life.

Debbie loved her life with Bobby, Katie, and their beautiful dogs that they loved and cared for through the years, Celtie, Loki & Root.

She will be missed.

We trust she is in a wonderful place and our loving memories of her will live on and on.

A Service of Remembrance to celebrate Debbie’s life will take place at Wojcik’s Chapel of Memories, 1020 Main Street at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday October 26, 2021.
