Dale Carter, 67, of Springfield, Manitoba, passed away peacefully at home on August 7, 2026, surrounded by his loving family after a short illness.
Born in Peterborough, Ontario, Dale’s career in radio took him to many communities across Canada, where he made lasting friendships and touched countless lives. In Winnipeg, he met the love of his life, Kathy, and together they built a home filled with laughter, love, and adventure while raising their daughter, Samantha.
Dale had a love for the outdoors and found great joy in life’s simple pleasures — camping trips with his family, quiet evenings around a backyard fire, and days spent fishing from his boat.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Kathy, daughter Samantha, and all who knew him.
At Dale’s request, no funeral service will be held.
