BENJAMIN (BEN) ARMAND DENOMME

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Benjamin Denomme on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the age of 66 years. Ben lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Surviving Ben are his four children, Benjamin Denomme (Eleisha Lambert), Frankie Denomme (Valerie Smith), Danielle Kroeker (Travis Wiebe) and Kayla Denomme; two sisters Debbie Denomme and Penny Denomme; as well as multiple grandchildren, nieces, nephews and good friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Lillian Jean Denomme and Benjamin Reginald Denomme and brother Corrie Denomme.

Ben had a soft heart and was known to be the life of the party. He entered a room dancing and singing at the top of his lungs. He would put on a show and make anyone feel special. Ben could sell snow to an Eskimo and won many awards during his days as a car salesman. He was a proud father and grandfather and never missed an opportunity to brag about his loved ones.

Ben’s Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Maranatha Church, 99 Main Street, Niverville, Manitoba.

Safely Home
I am home in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting light.
All the pain and grief is over,
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safely Home in Heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.
And He came Himself to meet me
In that way so hard to tread;
And with Jesus’ arm to lean on,
Could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still:
Try to look beyond earth’s shadows,
Pray to trust our Father’s will.
There is work still waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now, while life remaineth-
You shall rest in Jesus’ land.
When that work is all completed,
He will gently call you Home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting,
Oh, the joy to see you come!
