ALICE DIANE MILBOUR LANGE

December 30, 1941 – December 29, 2018

Alice Lange (Granger), 76, peacefully returned to her heavenly home on Saturday December 29, 2018 with her family by her side. Alice was suddenly diagnosed with Stage 4 Leukemia in late November and spent her final days in palliative care at her niece Janet’s (Lawrence) home. She was surrounded by her great Nieces Ashley, Amber (Evan), Amy and Alyssa, along with her Great Great Nieces Reegan Alice and Rylee Ray whom gave her great joy. Her devotion to her family, friends and her firm belief in God supported her during this time and ultimately gave her peace. She is survived by her beloved husband Raymond (Ray) Lange of 53 years; numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends, too numerous to mention.

Viewing will take place at Liberty Full Gospel Chapel, 203 Marjorie Street, Winnipeg, MB, on Thursday afternoon, January 10, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow with Pastor Billy Chaitram officiating. She will be laid to rest at Lilyfield Cemetery in the RM of Rosser, MB, following the service.  A come and go reception will be held at her nieces’ home.

We would like to thank all her friends and family for their visits, kind words and support during this time. We would also like to express our gratitude to the staff at the Grace Hospital and the Palliative Care Program that were there every step of the way. She will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Liberty Full Gospel Chapel (203 Marjorie Street, Wpg, MB R3J 1R5).

“I say again celebrate my life rather than mourn for me. Enjoy each day with family and friends, for each one of us has been given the gift of life. Thank God daily for all your blessings. As I go to be with Jesus, do not weep for me, I have gone on before you, but once again one day we will meet.”
