We were deeply saddened to learn of Reta's passing. She was a kind and loving soul with a great sense of humour. We always enjoyed our conversations with her. Aqua will never be the same without her there. Our deepest condolences to Lisa and Treasure and all Reta's family.

Sympathy to Reta's loved ones. Reta shared her talent and support for her St. B nurses alumni in a number of ways; a treasure who will be truly missed and not forgotten. Estote Fideles Gaylene Kramchynski

Sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. We got to know her by curling at Deer Lodge. This friendship continued with birthdays and retirements here in Wpg and Portage. Later years, we got to visit her at Aqua Size and at Fall Suppers at Grosse Isle. She was a wise woman with a quick wit. Her trip to New York sounded like a great adventure that she got to share with you girls. You both and the lovely cats will miss her. Doreen and Yvonne (Buggs and Avon)

Reta was such an integral part of my life and I will forever be thankful for her love, support and kindness as I was growing up. She was always there to provide a meal, sound advice, lodging, a warm hug, delicious zucchini loaves, and wicked humour to any and all who were in need. Her homemade Christmas ornaments always have a special place on my tree each year, and I think of her every time I decorate for the season. She will always be in my thoughts, and I will forever be thankful for having her in my life. Thank you, Reta, for everything you have done for me and for all the other countless “strays” you have picked up over the years. Much, much love….Tara

Treasure and Lisa, Reta was a joy! She was a thoughtful and caring neighbor who “adopted” our children and us like family. Various treats and crafty things would appear for Christmas or Halloween that thrilled our kids. The hardest thing about moving was not being her neighbor. (Although we did not miss the late night Yahtzee games! Think back 20 years!!) We were always happy to meet at the store or Farmers Market to catch up on the various happenings in our families. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Lisa and Treasure. Sincerely, Elvera and David Stoesz
