It is with deep regret we announce the sudden passing of John Taylor Pruden-Dixon. On February 7th 2026 in Selkirk Manitoba at the young age of 33.
He leaves behind his father Neil Dixon (Jen) sister Stevie Pruden-Dixon (Joel Mora) his beloved niece Light Mora and Pat Donohoe (Karyn) he cared greatly for John.
He is predeceased by his mother Karyn Pruden-Dixon, and his grandfather John Harold Thomas Pruden.
John was born in Winnipeg but spent most of his life in Selkirk and Clandeboye. He graduated high school from LSSD.
John was such a kind and compassionate person. He was very close with his mom, He loved his hobbies including reading, movies, video games, collecting figures and anime. He also loved all animals and was fascinated by dinosaurs and all things history. He could talk your ear off about all of these things for hours.
We will forever miss him and hope he has moved on to the next chapter in this world. He was a wonderful son, brother, and uncle. He will forever be in our hearts.
No funeral will be held and his interment will happen at a later date.
